Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living is hiring compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our warm, home-like community. As a Nursing Assistant, you will deliver care to residents, supporting daily living activities and emotional well-being.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required; dementia care experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience working with people with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavioral changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
