Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living is hiring part-time and per diem CNAs/HHAs to work 7am-3pm, or 3pm-11pm. Join a compassionate team delivering care in a warm, home-like environment with excellent benefits and a schedule that fits your life.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and support meaningful engagement. Prior CNA experience is valued, with opportunities for growth and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
