Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, a Benchmark Assisted Living & Memory Care community, is hiring full-time CNAs and HHAs to join our compassionate team. Shifts include 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am, with excellent benefits and a supportive, home-like environment.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will deliver care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and document care while reporting changes to staff. Previous dementia care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA's and HHA's to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Resident Care Associates Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
