Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL is seeking reliable HHA to join our family-owned home care team. As an HHA or CNA, you will provide essential in-home support to seniors and adults, delivering personal care, mobility assistance, and compassionate companionship.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a caring office team and great clients. A Florida HHA certificate or CNA license, CPR, TB test, and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans.
• Report changes in condition to the team.
