Job summary

Care Connect at Home is seeking Experienced HHA/CNA caregivers to join our family-owned home care team in Boca Raton, FL. You will assist seniors with daily living activities, mobility, and transportation while delivering compassionate, professional care.

Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are available. We value dependable caregivers who can follow care plans, communicate effectively, and provide emotional support to clients and families.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Aid with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal prep and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans.
• Report changes in client condition to the team.

What You'll Be Doing
