Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL is seeking experienced male caregivers to join our family-owned agency. We hire HHAs or CNAs who are reliable, compassionate, and able to support seniors and adults at home with dignity and safety.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and provide companionship. We offer flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and weekly direct deposit pay with a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA licence is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred.
• Must pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Following personalized care plans.
• Reporting any changes in condition to our team.
