Job summary

You will join Young at Heart Home Care in West Palm Beach, FL as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role focuses on one-on-one, in-home care with day or night shifts available in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility support, companionship, light household tasks, and health monitoring under the care team. Flexible scheduling enhances work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Prepare meals, give medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping related to the client’s living space.
• Monitor health, observe changes, and report to the care team.

What You Will Do

• Household Assistance: Prepare tailored meals, give timely medication reminders, and handle light housekeeping centered around the client's living space.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active HHA certificate or CNA credential.
• At least 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience.
• Reliable and dependable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and genuine empathy.
• High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and trust.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience delivering private, one-on-one home care.
