Young At Heart Home Care is seeking dedicated HHAs or CNAs to join our in‑home care team across Broward County, FL. You will provide one‑on‑one care, assist with daily living activities, mobility, companionship, meals and medication reminders in clients' homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable caregivers with strong communication and a patient, empathetic approach. Day and night shifts are available, offering flexible scheduling to support our clients’ dignity and independence.

Competenze

• Active HHA or CNA credential required.
• 3+ years of hands-on caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Provide ADL support including bathing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility and fall prevention.
• Offer companionship and engagement for clients.
• Prepare meals, assist with medications reminders, light housekeeping.

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

What You Will Do

• Personalized Support: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

• Safe Mobility: Guide safe transfers, walking, repositioning, and fall prevention protocols.

• Companionship: Provide warm emotional support and engaging conversation.

• Household Assistance: Prepare tailored meals, give timely medication reminders, and handle light housekeeping centered around the client's living space.

• Health Monitoring: Carefully observe and report any changes in client conditions to the care team.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active HHA certificate or CNA credential.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on caregiving experience.
• Reliable and dependable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and genuine empathy.
• High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience delivering private, one-on-one home care.
