Young at Heart Home Care in Miami, FL is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to join our private home care team. You'll provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meals, and medication reminders, while maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

We offer day and night shifts with flexible scheduling, reliable transportation, and a supportive team focused on high-quality care and client well-being.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing home care team in Miami, FL.

If you are passionate about helping others and take pride in providing personalized, high-quality care, we would love to hear from you. Our caregivers provide one-on-one care in private home settings, supporting each client's comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

We currently have opportunities available for both day and night shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Preparing meals based on the client's needs and preferences


• Providing medication reminders as permitted


• Performing light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living area


• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or needs


• Following individualized care plans and established routines


• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team


• Maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

What We're Looking For

Required

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential


• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience


• Reliable transportation


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Dependability and punctuality


• Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan

Preferred

• Current CPR certification


• Previous experience providing one-on-one care in a private home setting
