Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide to join our team. The CNA/HHA will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with activities of daily living and providing emotional support.

The role emphasizes documenting care, reporting changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities, with duties aligned to ensuring high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
