BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to serve clients in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, and surrounding areas in Florida.

The role involves providing personal care, homemaker services, and companionship under a nurse-ordered plan of care, with flexible shifts and weekly pay. We offer benefits, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience as a caregiver/HHA/CNA.
• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification (BLS) from American Red Cross/Heart Association/HSI or equivalent.
• Background check as per Florida requirements.

We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the following locations: Clearwater, St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, and more!

Pay Range: $17-19/hour

Qualifications for a Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate (at least 40-hour course) OR CNA License OR 1-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• BLS Certified CPR (must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy)
• Level II Background Check (Information regarding the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)

What you'll do:

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

As a BAYADA HHA, you'll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
