Overview

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate candidate for a Full-Time CNA position serving patients and their families in North OKC, Edmond, Guthrie, Stillwater and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing quality care and excellent service to patients and their families.

• Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Responsibilities

• The CNA assists the patient and family in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patient's plan of care
• Provides support services under the supervision of our clinical supervisors
• Promotes positive, supportive, respectful communication to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Certified by the state of where services are being provided as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Must maintain high integrity, including confidentiality of all patient records
• Works as a team player, following directions and care plans
• Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
• Successfully pass background checks and drug screening
