Job summary

FloridaCNAonline is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home senior care in private Florida residences. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation, with transfer assistance where needed.

Candidates should be prepared to observe and report any changes in condition and maintain a trusting relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of senior care experience.
• Must be able to work one weekend day.
• Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• Florida Level 2 background check with fingerprints.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with transportation and transfers; Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition.

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate care in private homes. Responsibilities include personal hygiene care, assistance with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, transfer assistance (Hoyer lift experience preferred), and observing/reporting condition changes.

Requirements:
