Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Home Health CNA to provide compassionate in-home care across private residences in Florida. You will assist with personal hygiene, ADLs, meals, and light housekeeping, while ensuring safe transfers with Hoyer lift support when needed.

Requirements include an active Florida CNA license, BLS/CPR certification, and a weekend day availability. We offer premium pay, flexible shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of senior care experience required.
• Must be able to work one weekend day.
• Active Florida CNA license or complete agency training.
• Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• Valid in-person BLS/CPR certification.
• Florida Level 2 background check with fingerprints.
• Valid Florida driver's license and auto insurance.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home.
• Assist with transportation and transfers; Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• Observe and report condition changes to family or supervisor.
