Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home assistance in private residences across Florida. You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and transfer support, with Hoyer lift experience preferred. A Florida CNA license or agency training is required, along with BLS/CPR and a state background check.

Weekend work is required. We offer premium pay, flexible scheduling (1hr–12hr shifts), regular raises and bonuses,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of senior care experience required.
• Active Florida CNA License or complete agency training.
• Florida Level 2 background check with fingerprints.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Must be able to work one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care in private homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Light laundry and transportation assistance.
• Transfer assistance; Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
