Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is seeking a CNA/Nursing Assistant for our Heart & Vascular Step Down Unit. You will care for post-operative heart surgery patients and support a fast-paced unit that emphasizes teamwork and professional growth.

Three 12-hour nights, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. The role offers opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Idaho CNA Certification or Trinity Health Nursing Assistant Program is required.
BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required at hire in all units.
Six months CNA experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Support unit staff by performing clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
Perform nursing care services and related non-professional tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
