Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa is seeking a CNA for the Cardiac Medical Unit. This position supports the nursing team during 12-hour night shifts, providing care to patients needing observation for chest pains or outpatient status, in a fast-paced setting with growth opportunities.

You will assist with various nursing care services under supervision of a licensed nurse and gain exposure to the Cath Lab and cardiac experiences through collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Idaho CNA certification or Trinity Nursing Assistant Program required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at hire.
• Six months CNA experience in acute care preferred.
• Ability to care for patients across Neonate to Geriatric age groups.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at the unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
• Provide nursing care services and related non-professional care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
