We value reliability, caring, and strong communication. Responsibilities include personal care, transfers, meals, transportation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA or willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
• Caring and compassionate (passion for caregiving)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but training provided
