Job summary

A Better Solution In Home Care is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to join our team serving clients throughout the greater Seattle area, including Bellevue and Mount Vernon. We tailor schedules to fit each caregiver’s availability and match clients with appropriate skills and personalities.

Responsibilities include personal care, transfers, meal prep, transportation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and companionship. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA or willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
• Caring and compassionate with a passion for caregiving
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but training provided

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing assistance
• Transfers & ambulation
• Meal preparation, special diets
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
