Right at Home Seattle, Eastside, and Pierce County is hiring compassionate CNAs and HCAs to care for seniors at home. You must hold an active WA CNA or HCA license, or be an HCA/CNA student on state exams, and pass a background check.

Shifts are 4–5 hours daytime with options from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through weekends, plus mileage and travel reimbursement, PTO, continuing education credits, insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more. Join our team to make a difference.

Qualifications

• Active WA CNA or HCA license.
• HCA/CNA student with state exams scheduled or completed.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Willing to work 4–5 hour daytime shifts.
• Comfortable taking clients to appointments and running errands.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Support memory care and mental health.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
• Meal preparation and dietary support.
• Medication reminders and adherence support.
• Personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping and household tasks.

• You Hold an Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license in WA?
• You are an HCA or CNA student who have taken state exams or scheduled state exams?
• You can pass a criminal background check?
• You are comfortable working 4-5-hour, stacking daytime shifts with opportunities for additional hours?
• You are comfortable taking clients to Dr. Appointments, running errands, out to the community?

• 9 AM – 1 PM
