Job summary

Right At Home - Northwest Homecare & Staffing Services is seeking in-home care professionals to support clients across Eastside communities including Bellevue and surrounding areas. Positions offer 4-5 hour daytime shifts with opportunities for additional hours, traveling to appointments, and a focus on compassionate care.

Qualifications include an active WA CNA or HCA license, ability to pass a background check, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active WA CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA) license is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable working 4-5 hour daytime shifts.
• Willingness to assist with transportation and errands.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation with clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and light exercise.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Give medication reminders as needed.
• Support personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation for appointments and community activities.

• You are an HCA or CNA Student, who is pending on taking state exams or have already passed state exams?
• You Hold an Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) license in WA?
• You can pass a criminal background check?
• You are comfortable working 4-5-hour, stacking daytime shifts with opportunities for additional hours?
• You are comfortable taking clients to Dr. Appointments, running errands, out to the community?
