Job summary

A Better Solution In Home Care is seeking caregivers to join our compassionate team in the Mount Vernon area and surrounding locations. We tailor schedules to fit each caregiver’s skills and client needs, offering supportive supervision and ongoing training.

Primary duties include personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship for a client with dementia, with travel between South Bellevue and Mount Vernon.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/HCA license or be willing to obtain one within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and have at least 2 positive professional references.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing assistance.
• Transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and adherence to special diets.
• Transportation to appointments and shopping.
• Light housekeeping and home management.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
