Job summary

A Better Solution In Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team providing in-home support across the greater Seattle area. We personalize schedules to match each caregiver’s availability and skill set with client needs, including seniors requiring daily living assistance.

Responsibilities include personal care, transfers, meal prep, transportation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Training is provided; a caring, reliable team awaits.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to obtain CNA/HCA certification within 200 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation or insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with little supervision.
• Compassionate and patient caregiver with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred; training offered.
