Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program.
• State registered CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality patient care including comfort, hygiene, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination needs.
• Promptly answers call lights and reports changes to the Registered Nurse.
• Document vital signs, inputs/outputs, nutrition, hygiene, weights and care in patient charts.
• Assist with delegated patient care tasks under supervision of the nurse.
• Provide person-centered care with empathy and teamwork.
• Communicate hazards or errors related to patient care to the health care team.
