Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, safety, and nutrition.
• Prompts and communicates patient needs to the RN in a timely manner.
• Documents vital signs, intake/output, and other nursing notes accurately.
• Assists with delegated patient care tasks supervised by the nurse.
• Contributes to a respectful, patient-centered care environment.
