Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must possess one of CNA, EMT or Medical Assistant certificates.
• Current enrollment in LVN, ADN or BSN program with fundamentals completed.
• BLS certification or obtained during orientation.
• De-escalation class within first year of hire as required by site.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent patient-centered care under the direction of the RN or physician.
• Participates as an active member of the Nursing Team on the unit.
• Supports an organizational culture focused on Service Excellence and customer service standards.
