Responsibilities

• Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, and basic needs.
• Responds to call lights and reports changes to the Registered Nurse.
• Documents vital signs and care activities accurately in patient records.
• Maintains confidential patient charts and records.
• Assists with delegated patient care tasks under nurse supervision.
• Delivers person-centered care with sensitivity and teamwork.
• Communicates hazards or errors related to patients to the health care team.
