Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 100-bed facility. You will provide direct resident care under licensed supervision and help maintain a compassionate, safe environment aligned with our policies.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as defined by state regulations and care plans.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Respond to call lights and assist residents with needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
