Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced RN at the Ridgely Rehab & Wellness Center to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality long-term care. You will provide direct nursing care, manage medications, and support residents' daily living with dignity and safety.

The role requires an active RN license, strong documentation, and the ability to supervise nursing staff while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. A supportive benefits package and a patient-centered culture await.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides per policy.
• Monitor residents’ status and communicate changes to physicians.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities and regulatory surveys.
