Job summary

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide ADL support, assist residents, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment for our clients.

The position offers full-time hours with 8-hour shifts across 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm–6:00 am, with weekend rotation required and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completed MN approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current MN NAR license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; observe changes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff; build rapport.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies and HIPAA requirements.
• Support nursing team with care as assigned and report concerns promptly.
