Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Lincoln, Nebraska, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support dignity and well-being in a compassionate team environment.

You will work with care staff, follow care plans, document observations, and help residents stay as independent as possible while maintaining safety and infection prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, nutrition).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to care team.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing; assist with meals and activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
