Job summary

Cedarhurst of Lincoln is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct daily care for residents. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities, while monitoring health needs and reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming and hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and record food and fluid intake as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Aid residents with dining, housekeeping, and laundry tasks as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities and communicate health changes to the care team.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE protocols and maintain resident safety.
