Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with basic tasks such as eating, dressing and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Monitor patient condition changes and report to nurses.
• Perform simple procedures under nurse supervision (bandages, dressings).
• Clean patient rooms and common areas; stock supplies.
• Ensure patient safety by monitoring hazards and reporting them.
