Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs, behaviors, and physical status.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
