Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs, behaviors, and physical status
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
