Job summary

Emerald Hills in Oxford, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
