Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland, a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care under supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, vitals, and daily activities while upholding a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification from the state of operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a nursing team under licensed staff guidance.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within the scope of practice defined by state and resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Routinely turn and position residents and maintain safe environment.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care setting.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
