Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate nursing team in a 100-bed skilled care facility. You will provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, helping with daily living activities and maintaining a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification in the state of operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within the resident’s plan of care as defined by state regulation.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Participate in other special projects and duties as assigned.
