Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver to support residents with daily living activities and meaningful engagement. You will assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and transportation within the community, document care, and respond calmly in emergencies while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications include an active CNA license, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA license in the state where the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and work well with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate team members and document appropriately.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident rooms and common areas as directed.
• Communicate resident status and upcoming appointments in logs and records.
• Provide support during move-in transitions and support emotional well-being of new residents.
