Orchard Post Acute in Fresno, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time roles. You will provide direct daily care based on individualized care plans and assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, mobility and meals.

Qualifications

• Valid California CNA license is required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Report incidents or accidents during your shift.
• Maintain residents' privacy and confidentiality of health information.
