Orchard Post Acute in Fresno, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role. You will provide direct daily care to residents, assist with ADLs, and follow individualized care plans in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Report any incidents or accidents during your shift.
• Maintain residents' privacy by upholding confidentiality of health information.
