Qualifications

• Valid California CNA license (required).
• Must pass pre-employment background check and physical.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• A caring and dependable attitude.
• Must work full-time on a 4-2 rotation schedule.
• Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Report any incidents or accidents during your shift.
• Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas.
• Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule.
