Job summary

Orchard Post Acute in Fresno, CA is seeking motivated CNAs for part-time shifts (AM, PM, or NOC). The facility offers a warm, team-focused environment with competitive pay and robust benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care based on individual care plans.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Report incidents or accidents during shifts.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas.
• Work on a 4-on, 2-off rotation.
