Job summary

Orchard Post Acute in Fresno, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time roles across AM, PM, and NOC shifts. The facility offers competitive pay and full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
• Report incidents or accidents during your shift
• Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
• Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule
