Job summary

Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a full-time certified nursing assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities, record vital signs, and collaborate with the care team. We offer hourly pay starting at $22-24, a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, plus medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team
• Promoting a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and families
