Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at South Creek in Centralia, WA. Earn $19–$28 per hour full-time, with family benefits and a supportive team. CNAs, nurses, and therapy staff work together to provide compassionate care in a small-town setting.

We welcome new CNAs and value a caring heart, patience, and team focus. Washington CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required or can be obtained. Live and work in Lewis County with easy access to Seattle and Portland.

Qualifications

• Current Washington CNA certification (or ability to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and document care in the EHR
• Assist with meals and monitor intake
• Maintain resident safety, comfort and dignity
• Communicate changes in condition to the nurse
