Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of WA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights
• Assists bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene (ADLs)
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents needing help
• Transports residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart or assists walking
• Turns and re-positions residents, with or without assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed
• Completes documentation
