HumanGood is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing team at Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA. You will provide compassionate care, support residents with activities of daily living, and help maximize independence while ensuring a safe environment.

The shift is 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and compensation ranges from $21.52 to $25.00 per hour, DOE. First Aid and BLS certification are preferred, and prior CNA or caregiving experience is desirable.

Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2026 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a full-time C.N.A. to join our Skilled Nursing team. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Compensation: $21.52 - $25.00 (DOE)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred


• First Aid and BLS certification
