Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a respectful team environment. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, and collaborate with licensed nurses and therapists to maintain high-quality care.

Active Kentucky CNA certification is required; flexible schedules include day, evening, and overnight shifts with same-day pay options and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA certification required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) with compassion.
• Strong observation and communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, mobility.
• Observe and report health changes to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents safely.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and restock as needed.
• Assist with infection control procedures and isolation protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care.
