Eastern Star Home in Oriskany, NY is seeking a CNA on the evening shift. You will provide routine nursing care, assist residents with daily living activities, and follow established procedures under supervision.

Responsibilities include receiving reports, reviewing resident profiles, and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality while communicating with residents and staff in a respectful, caring manner.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Nursing Assistant certification required.
• On-the-job or equivalent training in nursing procedures.

Mansioni

• Provide routine, daily nursing care to assigned residents, following established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
• Participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty.
• Review Resident Care Profiles daily to ensure appropriate nursing care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and hairstyling.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Charge Nurse.
• Perform all assignments and tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, interact with residents, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner.

As a CNA FT Evenings, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their daily needs are met with dignity and respect.

About the Role:

As a CNA Evening Shift at Eastern Star Home, you will be responsible for providing routine, daily nursing care to assigned residents, following established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor. You will also participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty, review Resident Care Profiles daily, and assist residents with daily living activities.
